Private Offices

All private office clients have 24/7 access, free use of our conference room, mailbox, and internet. Offices range in size from 43 to 525 square feet. To keep your costs in check, we recommend you furnish your own office. However, for an extra fee, we will gladly furnish it for you. Lease length can be as little as 3-months.

Virtual Office

For a home-based business, this option gives you a business address to use on your business cards, letterhead and invoices. For companies that wish to show growth, this is a perfect solution for a satellite or branch office. Per your specification, mail received here is forwarded, faxed or scanned and e-mailed to you immediately. Your business name is listed on our directory and website. Visitors are handled professionally by the receptionist who then contacts you to give you any message.

Virtual clients do have access to our facilities and business services, all at a discounted rate, during our business hours. Meet your clients in our professional conference room instead of the local coffee shop, your home or hotel. Agreements are on a month to month basis, starting with a 3-month agreement.

Virtual+ Offices

A Virtual+ client has all the amenities of a virtual client with an added extra. You have access to the reception area, kitchen and conference room 24/7. This option is perfect for anyone starting a business while still at a full-time career.

Dedicated, Shared Office Space

This is a great option if you work from home or on the road, or travel frequently. For a low monthly fee, share a large, furnished office with 4 other like-minded professionals. You have your own dedicated desk and storage, with internet, 24/7 access to the facility, directory and website listing, 8 hours per month of conference room use, parking and so much more.
