Private Offices

All private office clients have 24/7 access, a Milford Office Suites representative on-site weekdays, a locking door, mailbox, and internet access. Offices range in size from 43 to 525 square feet. To keep your costs in check, we recommend you furnish your own office. However, for an extra charge, we will gladly furnish it for you. Each lease has a 3-month minimum commitment.




Virtual Office

For a home-based business, this option gives you a business address to use on your business cards, letterhead and invoices. For companies that wish to show growth, this is a perfect solution for a satellite or branch office. Mail received here is forwarded, faxed or scanned and e-mailed to you immediately. Your business name is listed on our directory, and visitors are handled professionally by the receptionist who then contacts you to give you the message.

Virtual clients do have access to our facilities and business services, all at a discounted rate, during our business hours. Meet your clients in our professional conference room instead of the local coffee shop or in your home or hotel. Agreements are on a month to month basis.




Virtual+ Offices

A Virtual+ client has all the amenities of a virtual client with an added extra. You have access to the reception area, kitchen and conference room 24/7. This option is perfect for anyone starting a business while still at a full-time career.
